Organisation & Sections

Cleckheaton GC is a members’ club managed by an elected Council headed by the President, John Roberts. Golfing matters are the responsibility of the Captain who in 2008 is Bob Pilkington.

The club has a number of thriving sections providing competitive golf and social activities for all.

Ladies section: President - Pauline Carruthers, Captain - 
Rabbits section: President – Richard Carmichael, Captain – Mark Kilburn
Junior section: Captain – Tom Robertshaw

The club is affiliated to the English Golf Union, Yorkshire Union of Golf Clubs and the Bradford & District Union of Golf Clubs. It is committed to providing coaching and tuition to junior golfers and to a policy of equality throughout the club.
