The team did well this evening away to Rawdon. Carl Harrison won 3 and 2, Stuart Whaley lost 5 and 3, Nick wood lost 6 and 5, but Noel Roberts came from 2 down with 3 to play, to win one up.

After losing 8-0 at Clayton on the penultimate week, the team needed to gain more points than Shipley at the final week’s return fixture at home to Clayton.
Shipley drew 4-4 at Bingley St. Ives, while Cleckheaton managed to win 5-3 to secure survival in Division One.
