CHARITY GOLF DAY

Motor Neurone Disease Fundraiser

CHARITY GOLF DAY

Motor neurone disease (MND) is an uncommon condition that affects the brain and leads to muscle weakness.

One of the most well-known sufferers was Stephen Hawking, but it’s risen to the public consciousness more recently by Leeds Rhinos Half Back Rob Burrow MBE and his courageous friend Kevin Sinfield OBE.

Kevin has raised millions of pounds for the MND Association and our Captain Adrian Jowett has chosen this well deserving charity to raise money for this year.

To help those efforts we are hosting a Charity Golf Day on Friday 1st September 2023. It’s a shotgun start from 12 noon and requires a team of four at £300 per team.

There will be a number of prizes and you’ll receive a bacon roll and tea of coffee on arrival.

To register your team, please contact Lee or Jack in the Pro Shop.
